skinless langonisa

1 k pork giniling
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp rock salt
 4 tbsp soy sauce
 1 head garlic pitpitin
 1/2 tsp.blck pepper
 1 tsp. hot sauce (optional)


                       mix all ingredients, ilagay sa ref. ng 3 hours, ( para kumagat ang lasa) after curing, gumawa ng hugis hotdog at balutin na sa wax papper isa isa..
