Pork chop steak

1k porkchop
toyomansi - 6 kalamansi, 1/2 cup toyo
paminta durog
1/4 cup butter
oil


              marinade porkchop in toyomansi for 30 mins. i fry sa oil at butter. ibuhos ang  ang kalahati ng marinade sauce. hangang mag color brown  at mag mantika na ang porkchop.


                                  *wag masyado i over cook ang porkchop para hindi tumigas ang meat.
